Working With Law Enforcement

We never enter until law enforcement has completed their investigation and released the property. We coordinate with the Bay County Prosecutor's Office and the Michigan State Police when they're involved, and we maintain chain of custody requirements to ensure nothing compromises an ongoing investigation.
